I would recommend this book to anyone who has a dis-ease or anyone who has issues or illnesses in their life. I think the area of study needs more research as I think it is very helpful to people.However there is a caveat, I think Lousie should provide evidence of her doctor's visits and notes in the book. I think this will give more value and more evidence about what she did and how she did it and what the doctors really said. Without that, sometimes you will question does it really work? And what she says, is it true?I think she goes into detail about her experience and details about how to live better. But there are some parts missing.The biggest benefit of this book talks about our thought patterns and how those influence our health. In modern theory many psychologists and scientists are now also studying the link between our thoughts and related diseases as well as progression of those diseases.I still highly recommend this book regardless of its short comings.
